PUMP Up the Volume

This is a neon yellow/green cream polish that takes three coats to become opaque.  Formula is a little streaky on the first application, but evens out after 2-3 coats.  This dries down to a satin/matte finish but can be topped with a glossy top coat for shine.  This polish does not need a white base coat.

Orange You a Rock Star?

This is a neon coral cream shade that leans more orange that takes 3 coats to become opaque and even.  This is slightly streaky on the first coat but evens out after 2-3 coats.  This polish also dries down to a satin/matte finish but can be topped with a glossy top coat for shine.  This polish does not need a white base coat.

V-I-Pink Passes

This is a bright neon hot pink cream shade that takes two coats to become opaque and even.  This polish also dries down to a satin/matte finish but can be topped with a glossy top coat for some shine.  This polish does not need a white base coat.

Positive Vibes Only

This is a bright neon purple shade that takes two coats to become opaque and even.  This dries down to a satin/matte finish but can be topped with a glossy top coat for some shine.  This polish does not need a white base coat.

Dance Party Teal Dawn

This is a gorgeous neon teal cream polish that is opaque in two coats.  This polish dries down to a satin/matte finish but can be topped with a glossy top coat for some added shine.  This does not need a white base coat.

Music is My Muse

This is a bright neon true blue shade that becomes opaque in 2-3 coats.  For me in the picture above, it took 3 coats to become completely opaque and even, but you could probably get away with 2 thick coats.  This dries down to a satin/matte finish but can be topped with a glossy top coat for added shine.  This does not need a white base coat to become a neon.
