Jewel Be Bold Collection Swatches (Holiday 2022)

Feelin' Berry Glam

First up is the only cream polish in the entire holiday collection this year.  It's a very beautiful, kind of dusty, rosy berry shade.  Typical OPI cream - it's very opaque and highly pigmented.

Charmed, I'm Sure

In the same kind of color family as the previous polish, this next shade is a berry/magenta shimmer pearl polish.  This only is very sheer, especially on the first coat, but builds up nicely.  What you see here is two coats, but probably could use a third if you aren't a fan of nail lines.  You need to be careful with your application here as you will see some stroke marks.

Decked to the Pines

This next shade is definitely my favorite of the entire collection.  It's extremely unique to my collection and probably yours as well.  It's this green leaning teal metallic pearl polish.  It's very opaque and highly pigmented with slight iridescent shimmer to it.  You need to take care on your application as you will see stroke marks.

Snow Holding Back

This next polish reminds me a lot of shimmering snow.. so the name is perfect.  It's a very sparkly but smooth formula that is more of a pearly white shade that shines gold in the light.  Looks like it would be pretty sheer, but it has beautiful coverage.

Pink, Bling, and Be Merry

This next polish is the sister of "Charmed, I'm Sure" but this leans more pink with coral undertones.  It has beautiful micro sparkle to it and shines a silvery blue in the light.  2 coats and you'll still have a little nail line, otherwise, go for 3.

Go Big or Go Chrome

This is a very opaque silver chrome metallic polish.  It has a little bit of micro iridescent shimmer to it that leans more blue in the sunlight.  You may have to be slightly careful with application on this one as there are some brush strokes, but in my opinion, not enough to be that big of a deal.

Tealing Festive

This polish is definitely in my top three of the entire collection.  It's a very blue leaning teal metallic pearl polish similar to "Decked to the Pines."  This one has deep blue undertones to it which gives it a ton of dimension.  You have to be slightly careful with the application of this one because of the pearl brush strokes.

Bring Out the Big Gems

Okay, this one was so incredibly difficult to capture in a picture and I have no idea why.  I feel like every picture I took, no matter the method, came out blurry.  It's this bronzy brown shimmery polish.  You can slightly see brush strokes so it has that pearl dimension to it.  The undertones are definitely a darker brown which gives it a lot of depth.  I can definitely see myself wearing this one but it's really not my speed.

Sleigh Bells Bling

Next, we have the gold counterpart to "Go Big or Go Chrome."  It's a pearly based smooth metallic gold polish.  You can slightly see brush strokes because of the pearl base, but it's a really smooth formula and easy to manipulate.

The Pearl of Your Dreams

This next polish is a very light blue chunky metallic polish.  It kind of has flakes of glitter that work together to create this chunky but smooth look.  This color reminds me a lot of "Teenage Dreams" from the Katy Perry collection from years and years ago.  It's probably one of my least favorites of the collection, but I'm not a fan of chunkier glitters.

Merry & Ice

The penultimate polish of this collection is a baby pink creamy shimmer polish that has gold shimmer to it.  It goes on really nicely and has a smooth formula.

Rhinestone Red-y

Lastly, this reddish orange polish has a very similar formula to "The Pearl of Your Dreams."  Not really a fan of the chunky/flaky glitter formula but I think it looks great and is a favorite for someone out there.
